Supporting Your Journey to Becoming Data-Driven

What We Do

At GDATA, we specialise in helping councils and public sector organisations unlock the value of their data. Our core service is Data as a Service (DaaS). We extract, model, and deliver your operational data in a clean, secure, and analysis-ready format—without requiring you to manage infrastructure or complex systems.

Here’s what we do:

  • Extract and cleanse data from your source systems (such as Pathway, Authority, and Pulse)

  • Load your data into a secure Snowflake data warehouse

  • Build standardised and reusable models for reporting and analytics

  • Deliver your data to Power BI, Excel, or your preferred reporting tools

Your Key Resources

To help you get started, we’ve recorded a series of short Loom videos that walk you through each part of the setup. You can access the full library here: ? [Loom Video Library]

Topics include:

  • Overview of our Data as a Service offering

  • Navigating the Power BI report pack

  • Understanding your data warehouse structure and public data

  • Requesting support or reporting issues

Accessing Your Data

As part of your service, you will receive access to:

  • Power BI Report Pack – pre-built dashboards and key performance indicators

  • Snowflake Data Warehouse – where your clean and structured data is stored

  • Client Portal – to request support and review documentation
