One Customer View (1CV) MAY 2025 Feature Summary

New Table for Selecting Individuals from the Local Government Area:

  • A new table will now appear when performing a search.

  • Row selection has been made easier—clicking anywhere on a row will now select it (no need to use the checkbox).

  • The page will no longer reload after each selection; instead, it will wait until the Submit button is pressed.

  • Only one row can be selected at a time.

  • If an individual has multiple phone numbers or addresses, these will now be displayed on separate lines within the same row.

Clickable Logo for Resetting Search

After performing a search in OCV, you now have two ways to reset it:

  • Click the "Clear All" button above the search bars to remove current search parameters.

  • Click the council logo to reload the entire page and clear all search parameters.


Support for Light and Dark Mode Logos

  • Originally, the logo remained the same when switching between light and dark modes.
    Now, you can configure separate logos for each mode—ensuring compliance with council branding requirements and improving visual consistency across the app. If you’d like this update implemented, please provide the preferred logos for both light and dark modes via a Freshdesk ticket.


Bug Fix: Searching by Phone Number via URL

  • Previously, when entering a phone number into the URL to search for someone, a redundant message would appear above the phone search bar. as shown below:
  • This issue has now been resolved.
