Weekly Documentation Process

Every week at least once but usually twice we need to update our clients documentation to include any new changes that have occurred. This provides a quick overview to clients about the data we have readily available. You can access the FileZilla details at this link.


This Video elaborates on how the process is completed. 


Their is also an automated process that logs the documentation call on both Monday and Friday, as a reminder.
