This Document is a template we were trying to introduce to our clients when requesting new DATA projects such as the Bendigo PMO365 upgrade and the RSA Key Pair change over. It is to be filled in with project clients and used as a guideline for what needs to be completed and actioned. This helps avoid common project pitfalls such as Scope Creep.
